SparkToro

Audience research that shows where your customers spend time online.

Overview

SparkToro is an audience research platform built for marketers, content teams, PR professionals, and agencies. It shows where your target audience spends time online, from the podcasts they listen to and the YouTube channels they watch to the websites they visit, so you can plan content, outreach, and ad placements with confidence.

Key Features

SparkToro centers on audience research, mapping the websites, podcasts, YouTube channels, subreddits, and social accounts a target audience engages with, plus the keywords and hashtags they use. You can start a search from a topic, a website, a hashtag, or a social account, and save results into lists for later outreach.

Business and Agency plans add full demographic and topic data, email and social contact information for publications and creators, CSV exports, and audience comparisons. Note that SparkToro is built for manual research only, since it doesn’t allow automated or programmatic queries.

Editor’s Rating

4 / 5

Users value its unique ability to show where an audience actually spends time online, which most marketing tools can’t. It loses a point for a very limited free plan, weaker data outside English-speaking markets, and missing traditional demographics.
